Cause I wanted to use my favorite set armor at higher torment levels without wave of light. I've put together my do no auto attack play style with the squad will carry dream.
A mix of mystic allies and tempest rush that I prefer to use. The mystic ally full set ability being the center of the build and tempest rush for the needed damage to take into higher torments. Can go Blinding Light or Inner Sanctuary. Spirit regen should be well enough to hold down tempest rush so no need for spirit generator, especially with epiphany in the skill list. Lefebvre over Mantle for Survivability. Mantle if no Lefebvre for increased damage. Leoric's Crown at the highest you can get it, for that extra life gem royal flawless or really whichever royal flawless you like to use most. Endless Walk set bonus for Survivability and Damage. Bindings of the lesser god for mystic ally damage buff, if no bindings then Cesar's Memento for tempest rush buff. Oculus Ring or Krysbin's Sentence for their damage buff . Won Khim Lau & Envious Blade for Damage output. Istvan's Paired Blades for the max 20% damage buff & armor buff because you should being using tempest rush continuously. Warstaff of General Quang if you desire movement speed and your at lower torments farming a different set or something similar to that. Inna's Reach if you cant get mystic ally modifier on other weapons to reach as high a percentage. Of course if your using Inna's Reach then use Aquila Cuirass for best Survivability. If no cuirass then Shi Mizu's Haori for low health granted critical damage. Also if using Inna's Reach then you'll have a bad choose of Balance or Won Khim Lau for the cube, which will cause you to lose a lot of tempest rush damage. Note if you want Aquila Cuirass then you can use Inna's Radiance but will lose out on getting the most out of your gem placed in the head piece.

I'll explain by the number rows left to right. The 1st is cause needed the damage output period. Then cool down reduction cause of epiphany and serenity. Armor for the lack of it in the priority of the set armor stats. Resource Cost Reduction for tempest rush hold and spirit regen ratio. The 2nd is straight up just Survivability besides Critical damage frequency boost from critical chance. The 3rd Resource needs at higher torments. Critical damage boost for better output at higher torments. Survivability from enemy AoE effects. Damage buff only for area so it is okay to get later. The 4th is just to finish getting everything you can get. Faster clear, & the final bit of Survivability life regen.
