Cooldown: 120 seconds

Create a Simulacrum made of blood that will duplicate your Secondary skills for 15 seconds.

Your maximum essence is increased by 100% while your Simulacrum is active.

Emerald in Main-hand weapon

Socket Diamond in Helmet for Cooldown and all Topaz in Chest/Pants.

Possible changes:

1. Swap Bane of the Trapped to Zei's Stone of Vengeance to boost your damage against Juggernaut Elites.

2. In season 20 Cube Trag'Oul's Corroded Fang and Messerschmidt's Reaver in Armor and Jewelry slot.

3. For TXVI farm use Goldwrap, Avarice Band in place of Convention of Elements and Boon of the Hoarder Gem in place of Bane of the Trapped.

4. For Solo play switch Blood Rush to Decrepify#Borrowed Time. Change Devour rune to Cannibalize. Equip Dayntee's Binding in your waist slot.
