This is a CDR stacking Frenzy build where I was trying to get decent uptime on Berserker, which was mediocre at best. I looked for any attack speed modifiers or primary skill bonuses.

If you wanted to go non-cdr, the stat priorities can change:

CDR stat priority to mainstat/vit whatever you need
Mortick's to Strongarms (Vambraces of Sescheron are merely ok. Use for transition up to Mortick or Strongarm)
Gogok of Swiftness to Simplicity's Strength for another primary stacking multi
If you want more IP uptime, use a 7s Cassius, but it's not recommended in this version of the build. better for zDPS. Undisputed Champion should be your go-to.,
Pick another shout like Warcry or Threatening Shout w/Falter.

This set had potential, but the way the damage works, doesn't accomplish much when you can't stunlock mobs.The CC resistance obviously stacks lowering your double DPS uptime. Also the AoE is kidna bad overall.as it splits damage between enemies and even though the % skill increase is 10k most of the time and 20k (if you manage to stun or freeze something for a second or two), the AoE split doesn't apply the same DoT that Wastes/Rend does making it better by default.

I had my CDR at 60% and since the fury spend is minimal you can't really use an obsidian ring. At least the helmet looks badass?
