Build Guide

Justice Tempest Rush Electric Field build with Squirt's and shielding. Low CDR setup (usually for lower paragon), so Zodiac is placed. Resonance and high spirit regen allow Sustenance to be cast very often. This, combined with Gizzard for the double shield stack help to keep up Squirt's.

Mantle of Channeling for extra toughness and damage. Guardian's Path is chosen over Harmony here, as this passive allows the player to focus more on +Health Globe and +Pickup radius secondaries. Opting for standard setup of Desert Shroud for DR, and Wall of wind cyclone for the freeze + bracer multi.

Echoing Fury provides extra mobility as well as a good amount of attack speed for more Tempest Rush damage. Dash is great for traversing empty areas of the maps, and darting across obstructions. Way of the fallen is chosen for optional mobility. If the player doesn't want to move as fast, such as during RG, then simply don't cast dash.

The lightning rune is chosen here for it's impressive AoE effect and because WKL rolls lightning % damage by default, helping to boost damage. This makes it a great option for area clearing in the rift. CDR and RCR are prioritized mostly for use with Captain Crimson's multiplier and DR, but RCR will also allow for heavier shield spam potential with this build. The higher you can get your CDR though, the closer you will be to swapping out Zodiac for FoT.

Build clears in about 1.5-2.5 minutes. Amazingly effective at pulling in enemies, and in fact, part of the fun will be optimizing damage dealt and effective pulls.
