Build Guide
This is an update to my previous Infinite Dash Monk build. The build is optimized for achieving The Sprinter conquest but it is also very viable for Goblin Farming with a few changes. With the change to Captain Crimson set, you lose some spirit gen from the previous build but you gain more CDR and more RCR which should balance it out. The goal is to have max CDR and RCR on EVERY single piece of gear that it can roll on.
Pride's Fall - 30% RCR
Cindercoat - 30% RCR
Captain Crimson - 20%
Topaz in Helm - 12.5% RCR
Paragon - 10% RCR
Weapons - 10% RCR (x2)
Rings, Shoulders, Amulet and Gloves - 8% RCR (x5)
With maximum RCR it is a whopping 83.6% RCR and your Dash cost is reduced to 12.3 spirit!
Insight - 45 Spirit per second
Inner Storm - 8 Spirit per second
Air Ally - 4 Spirit per second
Exalted Soul - 4 spirit per second
Chant of Resonance - 4 Spirit per second
Circular Breathing - 3 Spirit per second
That is 68 Spirit per second and with the 10% spirit generation buff from the Templar it is 74.8 per second.
That is just over 6 Dashes per second. NOTHING in the game can keep up with that.
Beacon - 20% CDR
Captain Crimson - 20%
Gogok - 15%
Paragon - 10%
Weapons - 10% (x2)
Rings, Amulet, Gloves and Shoulders - 8% (x5)
With max CDR you have 73.1% CDR which means Epiphany is down to a 16.8 second cool down so you need only 1 Zodiac proc in the 15 second duration of Epiphany to reset it. That much CDR means that Mystic Ally is down to an 8 second cool down which will allow you to judiciously use the Allies to boost your Spirit by 100 and Blinding Flash is available every 4 seconds for 167+ spirit!
A rank 25+ Gizzard should keep the Pride's Fall 30% RCR active.
If you want to farm goblins in low Torment (T1 or T2) then you can swap the offhand weapon to Kyoshiro's Blade and cube Incense Torch and drop Air Ally or Inner Storm for Wave of Light. The bonus damage from those 2 items is more than enough to kill goblin packs or any single goblins you come across.
