CDR vs RCR

Try to spread as much CDR as you can across gear (weapons, gloves,shoulders, jewelry); when it gets added to the Cpt. Crimson CDR set bonus and the 10% CDR in your Paragon levels, it should easily get into 60%+ teritory. Resouce Cost Reduction is not anywhere near the demand of this build's Sunwoko counterpart and can be left to Paragon and Cpt. Crimson bonuses (28%).
