This is basically the build a lot of other people use but ALOT more survivability and damage output.

I seriously have ZERO Idea why people think 20% CDR is better than a 50% Dmg Reduction + 25% Dmg Reduction + 25% more Dmg.

You either have Aquilia or Mantle in the Cube, whichever you find best earliest is the winner - we go with Mantle in the cube by defauly as generally it doesn't matter how bad the chest rolls - it'll always give you the buff (due to a neverending amount of resource generation).

The cooldown is slightly harder to keep on top of with this build, but it's perfectly viable, you just don't over-use Ignore Pain - make sure you clip it just not use it too early otherwise WOTB won't reduce timer enough. 50% Cooldown reduction on info should suffice.

Next, because we're not using the stupid crafted 2 Set we can use Lamination as a Belt, obviously 150% is the target now, but 145%+ should suffice, hell anything 140% and above will be alright, but bigger the better.

Neck wise you'll want to add RAMPAGE to the set of abilities, so you want to aim for the next to have either:

Rampage, Nerves of Steel, Brawler, Ruthless or Berseker Rage. You'll want TOPAZ in every slot. Emeralds in your weapons. If you get no cubes for socket early on rerolll vit away to a socket and then reroll to Cooldown Reduction 10% (or back to vitality if you have cooldown already).

Neck wise crit chance isn't exactly required, it's best to have STR, Crit DMG and Physical %, Or Cooldown instead of Physical, but you shouldn't need it if you have 10% on both weps.

I managed a 113 GR with 6 and a half mins to spare, with a terrible rift and poor gear. - no ancients and no cube gems upgrade and Paragon of 3k. With cube upgrades and Ancients you can easily hit 140+ as per people have gotten so far - and this build has far more dmg and survivability (no stopping to grip and a 75% dmg reduction + 25% dmg buff). Honestly I don't know why people are not using this build instead, maybe they'll switch when they do the math. I mean, I don't even use Royal Ring, imagine if you got the stats off that instead of Zodiac.

Melts blue packs in 113 like they were sub normal mobs.

Paragon Priorities

Core

Primary Stat
Vitality
Movement Speed
Maximum Resource

Offense

Cooldown Reduction
Critical Hit Chance
Critical Hit Damage
Attack Speed

Defense

Resist All
Life
Life Regeneration
Armor

Utility

Area Damage
Life on Hit
Resource Cost Reduction
Gold Find

Full STR, Full CDR and then Crit Chance and then really whatever you're lacking. Resist all is what you'll wanna stack and then Area dmg to Life on Hit.

Build Guide

This build is what IMO people SHOULD be using instead of what they currently do.

With low gear this build offers much better survivability and damage when compared to anything else. This is what I was playing from Hardcore (for more survivability) but when moving to Softcore noticed the damage and survivability was insane compared to the 2 set crafted CDR garabge.

Also whilst using grip for mobs is coolio' you stop spinning, which means no heals, no dmg reduction etc... for me that's a deal breaker because it only takes 1 mob to charge or slam on you and you're a mashed potato.

Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoy my very flexible push build.

PS. Follower wise, I recommend the Templar with Resource Regen and "Cannot Die" Relic, with Eung-Jan-Do, Overwhelming Desire and an Occulus Ring.

For Speeds you can remove shout and get sprint. Early game you can go full Set and use something other than Royal Ring.
