CHC = Critical Hit Chance
CHD = Critical Hit Damage
CDR = Cooldown Reduction

S:SM = Skill: Skeletal Mage
Gearing:
Helm: Socket > Physical Damage = S:SM > AS > CHC1 > Intellect
Shoulders: CDR > Int > Vit > Armor > All Resistance = AD
Neck2: Socket > CHD > Physical Damage > CHC > CDR > Damage > Int
Chest: Socket > Int > Vit > Armor > Elite Damage Reduction > All Resist
Bracers: Physical Damage > Legendary Affix%> Int > Vit > CHC > Armor
Gloves3: CDR > CHD > AS > CHC > Int > AD
Belt: CHD > AS > Int > Vit > Armor
Legs4: Physical Damage > Sockets (not joking) > Int > Vit > Armor
Boots: S:SM > Int > Vit > Armor
Ring 1 (Circle of Nailuj's Evol): 4 second affix >>>>>>> CDR > CHD > Damage > CHC
Ring 2 (Kryshbin's): Legendary Affix >>>>>>>>>>>>>> CDR > CHD > Damage > CHC
Weapon: Maximum Essence >> CDR > Damage% > AS > Max Damage
Phylactery: Maximum Essence >> CDR > S:SM > Elite Dmg > Max Damage > Elite Damage > CHC > Int
1.) Critical Chance on helm is slightly undesirable, but completely worthwhile if you can't get everything else.
2.) Take either Squirt's or Haunted Visions. Haunted Visions is much easier to roll well.
3.) Quads are OBSCENELY hard to roll, across ~15 seasons I have gotten them twice and neither were ancient.

I'm not really sold on Max Resource > Movement Speed. You should be well over Paragon 400 running this anyways.
