I don't have any decent Istvan DPS blades. All the good ones I've found have been rerolled for zDPS.

So you think the build could be viable using the Bul-Kathos blades?

They removed the damage bonus on Lamentation, I guess it was too strong on the beta. They may add it back in at some point.

To all of you above, yes you CAN use Bul-Khantos, but it is very suboptimal. You loose a TON of damage reduction and damage, by doing so.

Lamentation has been buffed (did you 3 above me even watch his video?)

This build is a bit tricky to learn to play, you are sort of squishy. You can swap out COE for BoM and you are basically immortal. It's a bit of damage loss, but you also deal no damage when you're dead.

This build is super fun to play, super strong and very intuitive. I'm finally hyped for a season again, barbs arise!

Question: Why not use Crimson's pants instead of belt and equip Lamentation to open up the cube armor slot?

probabaly because u need the 6 set of the wastes and with the grandeur u still need 5 peices and their isnt a belt wastes my thoughts on it

How should i stay alive ? lol sounds like a very dumb question but im 680 p and using all the equipments your build refers but getting one shot in gr 100 s while all my skills active and weapon , taeguk bonus full

i changed my convention for the might ring at 80% reduced dmg and changed threatening shout for leap

when you use the ring of might, your resistance go up x3-x4, its how you resist in very high gf (for now im going like from 300k to 1000k resistance with might ring)

and with 60%+ cdr + zodiac. you always are under wrath buff

so yeah this build here is great to do a lot of dmg, but you are OS in gf 100+ because of the low resistance

I'm using Bul-Kathos blades while building paragon levels, and liking this a lot. Question, though - how does this build sustain Fury against RGs? Wind Shear + Threatening Shout on CD doesn't seem like it would be enough to maintain Whirlwind for drawn out fights.

I can answer you that. You shouod farm better items if you wanna be stronger, but the answer is yes. Skip on captain set and ring of royal, use lamentation, mantle of channeling in cube and Band of might. But you wouod be best off with the build i said with ambo and any secondweapon, preferably sunkeeper and furnacE in cube. All works in 3 gr rifts of each other.
