For Core paragon, go with Movement Speed up to the 25% cap then Dex.

For Offense paragon, CHC then CHD. If putting points in CDR will give you 100% uptime on Epiphany because you are missing it on item rolls, I recommend doing that.

Defense paragon, All Res > Life% > Armor > Life Regen.

Utility paragon, Area Dmg > Life on Hit > RCR.

Build Guide

Was testing a few things before Season 19 starts. Came up with this build. Was pretty fun, but it felt like something with new set is glitched. I kept teleporting to targets for some reason?

Apply EP on mobs. Destroy with Tempest Rush. Repeat. Epiphany on cooldown. Stack enough CDR for 100% uptime on Epiphany.

Edit- So it wasn't the set that was glitched, but WKL + Epiphany. This is fixed with Patch 2.6.7a I'm excited to see how it feels after patch.
