4 Man Meta

General info:

Roll Int on every item thats not Innas if possible. Craft your Captain Crimsons on a Wizard, Necro, or Witch Doctor. You can only get these plans by doing bounties, or getting them from an Odious Collector.

Amulets:

You can run any of these three but I usually recommend Flavor of time (The extra time from the pylons is huge)

If you run a Hellfire Amulet, you need to use Unity as the 5th Passive.

Star of Azkaranth is helpful if you're having issues staying alive in Fire dmg from Elites.

Bracers:

Strongarms are easier to roll perfect IMO compared to Spirit Guards. But which ever one you have rolls better cube the other.
If you're doing low GR levels and not trying to push the leaderboard I would recommend Nemesis Bracers, If you wear Nems wear Spirit Guards

Legendary Gems:

Gem of Efficacious Toxin (Don't level higher than 25)

Iceblink (Max Lvl 25 easier for Barb to pull mobs)

Gogok of Swiftness
Esoteric Alteration (If you're low Paragon or having troubles staying alive.)

CDR:

You want your Cooldown reduction anywhere between 69%-72% to never drop Inner Sanctuary or Epiphany.

CDR can be rolled on:

  • Rings
  • Weapons (both)
  • Gloves
  • Shoulders
  • Amulet

Attack Speed:

You need to have a 2.00 Attacks Per second on both Hands (This is important to have) When you have 2.00 AS with Epiphany it gives out a massive amount of healing.
You can roll AS on:

  • Gloves
  • Amulet
  • Rings (both)
  • Weapons (both)

You should be able to hit 2.00 AS by having AS on 5 pieces of your gear each piece needs to have max AS which is 7%.

Resource Reduction Cost

Now with wearing Crimson's 3 piece you will get Dmg mitigation the more RCR you have.

Items that can roll RCR:

  • Amulet
  • Rings
  • Gloves
  • Shoulder
  • Rings
  • Weapons (both)

Gems for Gear:

  • Helm- Diamond
  • Chest- Diamond
  • Pants- Diamond
  • Swords- Amethyst

Health Globes on Gear:

Health globes are needed on all your gear that can roll it, you want to have 200,000 Health globes or higher for you monk to put out enough healing for you and your wizard.

Health globes can be obtained on:

  • Chest
  • Shoulder
  • Amulet
  • Both rings
  • Boots
  • Shield

Health globes on non ancient gear can max to: Health Globes and Potions Grant +29,713 Life

On Primal Ancients and Ancients they can max to: Health Globes and Potions Grant +38,625 Life

To make you life easier you will probably need a couple of pieces ancient. It is important to have High Health globes but I have done well with low health globes as well. Its good to at least aim for 170K+ to start and End with 200k+.

Note for rolling Health globes on gear, Ring of Royal Grandeur will always roll with a Primary Stat (ie Dex, Int, or Str) depending one what class you get it on, Attack Speed and Life Per hit. Usually you'll roll Life per hit into CDR but it also needs to have health globes and a socket. So in other words this Ring can be a nightmare. Obsidian Ring of the Zodiac is also difficult to roll properly. Even with primals they Roll with Attack Speed, Cooldown Reduction,Crit hit Chance, and Resource Reduction. So you have to roll with Health globes on it or its impossible to roll it.

Potion:

run a Kulle-Aid potion and the wizard runs a Potion of Amplification. Monk can uses Kulle-Aid but most of the time wont get it off because of to much healing output (So its not a big deal)
