An alternative for the belt would be The Witching Hour, which is perfectly fine if not better. The reason I've added GoG is because earthquakes in this build still hit for high numbers and with the support from the belt they can be a great source of damage. Dynamically you would want to hit those Eq leaps to high density. Then pop Eq as a skill after a single seismic slam, hitting both procs then draw your distance.
IK is not considered in this build because with DW Istvan's the damage output is way higher and faster than the IK 2H. With enough CD Reduction you should be able to upkeep steady rage with Leap and War Cry. In relation to rage-upkeep in the build, you can leap pretty effortlessly thanks to the 2-set, no choking is there to begin with.
Wrath of the Berserker is dare I say, not vital to the build since the damage increase from Istvan's actually provide a similar general damage output. Alternatively, with CoE that gap is even smaller. The steady damage is rivaling the Wrath upkeep. For tough situations timing the Wrath's accordingly to CoE helps a lot. When you pop Wrath in this build you're simply unstoppable. Save the pop for when you want to clear the bulk of mobs.
Mortick's can be traded out for Lut Socks which provide increased mobility and better pylon hunting.

I really like Seismic slam builds.
On a Zei's gem, you go long-distance strategy slamming, but on the belt you go to buff the earthquake damage, which is not your main damage dealer.
Why not use IK 3 piece with a ring of -1 to set items instead of zodiac to keep the fury up and the Wrath of the berserker, it also reduces cooldowns to all skills when spend fury?
