Ice Blockers nullify negative effects of stone gauntlets. Change out zei's or BotT for BotS if desired.

Should display 10.506 quadrillion damage on double tornado. This is from two +15% damage buffs from Slow Time: Time Warp representing the stacking casts from Teleport: Fracture on two of your group members.

Not all of the buffs may be viable at once or at all. Particularly ones representing stuff on my enchanter followers(Gem of Efficacious toxins).

This is a hypothetical max damage display. Vitality would be increased via Paragon.

If Crowd Control Reduction is not needed from the boots, change it to item damage immunity or some sort of defense like melee or range.

If it needs more manage change Magic Weapon: Force Weapon to either Conduit or Storm Armor: Power of the Storm. This allows kirinis but makes it harder to get to circles as they will be more spread out. Also changing Slow time to stun can give parthans a use.

If needed change offhand to have mana on critical.

This is pure theory crafty and hopefully enough to allow slow damage to kill at range and avoid most problems.

Build Guide

Double damage from seasonal. Don't know how it would work. Might have enough for bosses and normals. Even horizon is a god send against certain characters. Haven't tested Teleport:Fractures Tornado for pull abilities against normies.Used to be a faster cooldown build that would make event horizons happen more. Fracture is primarily for constant easy addition of Slow time. Old version had the staff for no cd teleport. Have to get by with poping on bosses for triple damage bonus.

This is based on a low end speed build that was based on the secondary mode of an archon mode before I decides I hate archon.
