Build Guide

Now you could use Laws of Valor Unstoppable Force rune instead of Laws of Justice Decaying Strength rune. Resource cost reduction (your dmg mitigation with Captain Crimson’s set) that you get outside your items now works properly. It didn't work on PTR.

To get max 5 Attack per Second (12 fps Breakpoint) you will need:

-10% AS paragon

-15% AS Punish-Celerity rune skill

-15% AS Fervor passive skill

-15% AS Fanaticism passive skill

-15% AS Laws of Valor -Unstoppable Force rune (passive 8% + active7%)

-If you have 7% AS on your Pig Sticker (weapon) than you will need 19% AS on other items or,

if you have 6% AS on your Pig Sticker (weapon) than you will need 21% AS on other items or,

if you have 5% AS on your Pig Sticker (weapon) than you will need 23% AS on other items.
