There are still multiple swaps for this build. This is purely what I use.

In-Geom is always a good choice swap for Furnace.

Passives can also be swapped out, depending on amulet.

You will lose the pick up and boon in Grifts, not a massive deal. The biggest speed burst for me is fearing enemies.

Controlling threatening shout is key,

watch your Fury with Sprint

This is all about speed, Hence why no stat prio's on gear. T10 is achievable by just having this gear with any rolls.
