The Mad Monarch Scepter procs pretty often and deals enough damage for t13 with the LoN buff, 30 yards radius is a lot
Rest of damage is delt by Archon's skill arcane blast and the ice armor frozen storm (elites/trashes is meant to die as you pass them by, you don't need to stop to attack)
Swami and Fazula for damage buff
Gloves of worship interesting advantage
Cosmic strand to avoid the internal 1s cooldown of teleport (particularly during archon phase)
Physical as elemental damage because of pain enhancer (not sure if it applies though)

Easy and fast can also handle bounties
If you play solo keyfarm you can also tp for closing while RG gets killed by ice armor (RG may die even if you are in town because of the pain enhancer gem)
Tested with 0 intelligence points in paragons (150 pain enhancer/trapped though) works perfectly fine
