Build Guide
2.6.4 gave a massive buff to LON sets, from 100% per piece to 750%
I saw that there were not much good guides for LoN Hammerdin, so I decided to make one.
It is still not as strong as normal Hammerdin in terms of damage (LoN has more DPS but less Hammer DPS (normal is 1.5x more damage), but it is way more tough than standard Hammerdin (LoN has 2x more toughness).

Build Thoughts:
Fire vs Holy Hammerdin:
Holy is significantly stronger than fire.
Laws:
Laws of Valor vs other Laws
Laws of Valor has AS, so its preferred.
Laws of Valor - Unstoppable Force vs Critical
Unstoppable Force allows for 100% consistent Aquila Cuirass uptime.
Critical allows to squeeze in more damage.
Tal's Rasha Chest as an adequate chest?
Did you know that some sets can be used by most classes besides their own. Tal Rasha, Shadow and Sunwuko are examples. Tal's chest has an AS roll, so it could be useful.
AS or Physical Damage on Rings and AS on Gloves or not.
Physical Damage is better at higher paragon on rings than AS, therefore gloves have AS.
But at lower paragon, 1k strength on gloves and one of the rings having AS is better.
Gear:
5th Hellfire Passive is Long Arm of the Law for 100% Law Uptime
You need 1 roll of AS on weapon and one other thing to meet breakpoint of 10 frames (2.41)
You need CD on as much as possible besides rings and amulet.
Everything else is usual; stack CHD/CHC, Holy%, All Resist/Physical resist, reduced melee/ranged, Blessed Hammer Damage.
Helm: Leoric's Crown
Helps with increasing cooldown reduction.
Shoulders: Any
The shoulders you have on doesn't matter, but Pauldrons of the Skeleton King (via bounties) seems to be the one with the most benefit.
Chest: Aquila Caress
50% damage reduction for most of the time (basically a substitute for the 4 piece bonus).
Amulet: Hellfire Amulet
Not really other good ones amulets besides Eye of Etilch
Recommended Abilities:
Fervor (CD and AS)
Holy Cause (Damage and LoH)
Finery (Damage/Armor)
Blunt (Damage)
Long Arm of the Law (100% Law Uptime)
Indestructible (Cheat Death)
Gloves: Any
St Andrew's Gage is the one with the most benefit but any gloves is fine.
Bracers: Gabriel's Vambraces
Gabriel's Vambraces allows for 100% Aquila Cuirass (when 3 enemies or less)
Other options include:
Strongarm Bracers, which allow more damage
Ancient Parthan Defenders, which allow more damage when there is a big group.
Belt: Sacred Harness
This makes them stunned after using Falling Sword, useful for crowd control.
Other options include:
Witching Hour, allows more AS and Damage
String of Ears, more toughness
Rings: Litany of the Undaunted and The Wailing Host.
Namesake of the build.
I recommend having both rings with Physical Damage at higher paragon (read more info in "Build Thoughts")
Pants: Hexing Pants/Hammer Jammers
Hammer Jammers increases Hammer Damage
Hexing Pants increases damage (need to move though) and has a minor resource regen.
Hammer Jammers have a higher range, so preferred in cube.
Boots: Illusory Boots
Allows you to move freely. An alternative would be Ice Climbers.
PSA: This is only obtainable by doing bounties (act 2).
Weapon: Johanna's Argument
Boosts Damage and AS.
Offhand: Guard of Johanna
Boosts Damage.
Cube:
Faithful Memory
Increases Damage of Blessed Hammer
Obsidion Ring of the Zodiac
Reduces CD
Gems:
Helm - Diamond for CD
Chest/Pants - Diamond for AR, Ruby for more Damage/Armor
Weapon - Emerald for CHD
Bane of the Stricken for the RG
Bane of the Trapped for a big damage boost.
Gogok of Swiftness to increase AS and CD
