Unfortunately without Uliana 6 piece bonus to reliably detonate EP, you're relying on Inna 6 and Uliana 4 buffed SSS to detonate EP. At high GR that can be very difficult, especially against a Rift Guardian since cold EP has no DoT damage, just a really big boom. The best way to take advantage of the Inna 6 and Uliana 4 piece bonuses it to focus on SSS and cube Lion's Claw and switch SSS to Fulminating Onslaught. Since EP is less of the focus in a Inna/Uliana hybrid SSS build, Gungdo Gear is not necessary and can be swapped to Spirit Guards. The last change would be to drop EP from your skill bar for Blinding Flash Faith in the Light, it gives you a buff just before you pop SSS and watch the screen explode. It is a VERY CoE focused build. You only need 40% CDR (10% paragon, Beacon, Diamond in helm and 8% on 1 piece of gear), that lets you have SSS available on every holy rotation of CoE which is the only time you'll be doing damage.
