activate storm armor (3)

get your full talrusha bonus by using teleport (1), shock pulse (2), electrocute(Left mouse button) and then ray of frost (right mouse button)

-can use Shock pulse (2) or electrocute (left mouse button) every few seconds to keep talrusha bonus at full 4 stacks

Core concept:

keeping at least some distance from targets (will keep your storm armor defensive skill active) and channeling your ray of frost, this summons twisters in place that sucks up monsters towards into its vortex, grouping them up and slowing them down with the passive temperate flux (and thus activating bane of trapped bonus damage to),

there are quite a few defensive items to the build because it requires time standing still to channel.

you will need resource reduction on items, putting max on weapon and shoulders means you will never lose the "50% damage reduction" buff and means you can channel endlessly. (topaz in head and astral presence passive is required)

your head, feet and off hand items can have increased twister damage stats, best to try get that if possible!

(S16 can add conversation of elements ring for added damage)

deathwish cuded, travelers set (ring and amulet), twisted sword, etched sigil (source), ranslor folly (wrists), tal rusha set, bane of the trapped gem, taeguk gem.

trying to get as much "resist all elements" on gear were you can to buff the talrusha set defensive bonuses, i think 2nd choice would be vitality, you have cuded chest and ring for added defense, with esoteric alteration gem, illusionist, and unstable anatomy passives.

Paragon Priorities

Maximum Resource

Attack Speed
Cooldown Reduction
Critical Hit Chance

full out movement speed and then primary stat as per normal.

you will need to invest full points into utility > "resource cost reduction" first.
