Cube either Visage of Gunes or Cindercoat for Armor and either Elusive or Convention for Jewelry.

Head: Blue -> Cap Vengeance always up CDR

Armor: Either Green or White depending on how safe you feel

Weapon: Green

Thanks to the RoRG Passive we can now combine Cindercoat and Visage of Gunes to Burn for less cost!

Thinking : A Pridesfall without Fire DMG Build could work too - need to test.

A Good Old Reaper's Wraps Set-Up could work too - need to test.

If you're not playing with Arsenal, swap out Ballistics for Thrill of the Hunt.
