Most these items and skills are needed for the build to work, however depending on how much cooldown and resource managment were going to need is unclear.. if were able to sustain ww no problem you can swap out rune on warcry for somthing more usfull, if your lacking damage you can swap out rune on battle rage for bloodshed and only loose out on 15% movment.. if cooldown is not an issue with 50% from shrine effect,helm socket,zodiak and ingeom you could swap out gogok for taeguk or trapped.. also possibly swap out in-geom for solarium or furnace.

Whirlwind rune can be what ever you want i have chosen hurricane to help pull mobs closer.

Almost forgot.. to be able to proc rechels ring were going to need to get lucky and roll chance to fear on helm and on atleast 1 weapon for a good chance to fear.. with max rolls on helm(5.6) and 1 weapon(2.1) is 7.7% chance both weapons 10.3% chance..

Only other way around this would be to drop a skill like battle rage for threatening shout terrify rune for 100% chance to fear.

Same as always this will probably be a later season set up so points wont matter much.

Build Guide

So this is my take on the flash ww build between the shrines,skills,passives,items and gems it should be running at 415% movement speed witch is a little ridiculous i must say.

Here are the shrine effects we will be getting... gloves will make these last 10 minutes.

Enlightened Shrine - +25% bonus to Experience from Monster kills.
Blessed Shrine - Reduces all damage taken by 25%.
Empowered Shrine – Increased resource regeneration by 100% and reduced cooldowns by 50%. For Demon Hunters, this shrine only increases Hatred regeneration; it does not change Discipline regeneration.
Fleeting Shrine – +25% to movement speed and adds 25 yards to gold and health orb pickup radius.
Fortune Shrine - +25% bonus to Magic Find and Gold Find. This bonus stacks on top of other MF/GF bonuses from equipment, Paragon points.
Frenzied Shrine - Increases attack speed by 25%.

As you can see these are all great buffs and there going to last for 10 minutes with gloves,, so well farming bounties and normal rifts it shouldnt be hard to keep up most of these at all times.
