I'm not sure what would be best here but I would say get your max speed buff to the standard 25% as this build is not very mobile. Wreath of Lightning will help with boosts of speed but is not consistent. Then I would dump everything into your primary stat. For Offense AS, CR, CHC and finally CHD. Defense RA, L, LR, and Armor last. Your strength is very high so you already have a high armour stat. Lastly LoH for sustain, AD for a bit more push, GF, and RCR last as you will not really need this.

Build Guide

This is just a fun theory crafted build. I got bored of the usual builds and thought I would just go with something very thematic. The idea of this build is to create a lightning Barb. I know there is already a lightning version of the WW Barb but no one really uses any of these themed items. (Mostly because they suck) So if you are looking for something to push GR's then this is ... NOT the build for you. If you are looking to turn your Barb into a living breathing tesla coil, then this is the build for you! I have managed to clear a level 25(T6) rift so far with unoptimised gear and missing most of what is in this build. So I will update this when I've got all the gear listed above and optimised and see how far I can go for fun. (probably not very far )
