Briggs Wrath works great in combination with Aura of Frailty sucking everything into your bone armor. Wisdom gives you that much needed damage mitigation and convention of elements gives a significant damage boost that comes around very often keeping in mind Necromancer's only have 3 elements for it to roll through. Lost time and Steuart's are used purely to add to your speed. When doing greater rifts you might want to sub out the greaves for Corpse-Whisper Pauldron's and Lacuni's for Nem's.

Build Guide

I have been using this build for awhile and it's absolutely amazing for running bounties and speed rifts/grifts. If you want you can use the Gem of Toxin instead of Mirinae i have done a lot of testing with both and they seem to each do about the same amount of damage. Or if you are having issues surviving use Estoric. The build is extremely simple to use. Rush into a crowd cast blight to proc Krysbin's then cast bone armor and finish off what's left with corpse lance. You can change Steuarts Greaves to Corpse-Whisper Paulrdrons if you're having trouble with elites but you shouildn't really have much trouble with them again this build is meant to speed through bounties rifts and low level grifts. I routinely finish greater rifts at level 70 in under 4 minutes.
