You´ll get quiet high Paragon before you can push but you need CDR as fast you can to get 37%.

CHD or CHC is what you have the lowest on.

Resource Cost Reduction is to keep the Hatred and Discipline on good levels all the time.

Try make the Movement Speed to 25% so you need about 12 on Paragon.
