This is a modified version of my T13 Speedfarming build for regular rifts that can be used specifically for bounties. Demon Hunter is by far the definitive best class at completing T13 split bounty runs as fast as possible, and with the double Horadric Cache theme in Season 15, you're going to want to know how to build one for yourself! The gearing actually has quite a few options to it, depending on whether you're playing Hardcore and want to be a bit more defensive or trying to get as much utility out of the build as possible.

Intro

Unhallowed Essence Multishot was given quite a bit of power in Patch 2.6.1 - the 6-piece set bonus received a buff and both Yang's Recurve and Dead Man's Legacy had a strong multiplier added to their Legendary powers. This bounty build focuses on having high movement speed to get from bounty to bounty while also minimizing resource spending so that you don't dip too low on Discipline (you always want to be near your maximum Discipline in order to do the most damage possible due to how your 6-piece set bonus works) or Hatred when firing off continuous Multishots.

Gearing

As I previously mentioned, you have some options in several slots. Gloves of Worship could be useful if you feel you'll come across a decent amount of shrines early on. Having a permanent Fleeting Shrine, Frenzied Shrine, and/or Empowered Shrine would all make your run much faster. Pride's Fall, however, is the more consistent choice, since nothing will likely hit you and therefore you'll keep the resource cost reduction up at all times. That's also the thought behind using Krelm's Buff Belt in regards to the movement speed buff. However, if you find that you're worried about your defense, you may want to utilize a Goldwrap. The Witching Hour exists as an increase in DPS if you're not killing as quickly as you'd like to, but you're probably better off trying a different Legendary gem (like swapping Gogok of Swiftness for Bane of the Powerful) before you go that route.

In general, the affixes are pretty standard, granting you critical hit chance/damage and having enough cooldown reduction - 37% - to maintain permanent Vengeance (three 8% CDR rolls on gear will suffice when you have CDR maxed in your paragon points as well as a Flawless Royal Diamond in your helm and a Dawn in the weapon slot of your Kanai's Cube). However, the build ends up with more CDR than necessary when you factor in having a fully stacked Gogok of Swiftness, which allows you to use your Companion activation and Preparation more often. The other affixes help with speed and resources, since attack speed not only brings you to a faster breakpoint on your Multishot, but also makes your Vault animation snappier and resource cost reduction will allow you to use both skills more frequently.

Warzechian Armguards provide another movement speed boost as your Multishots hit breakables, which will happen all the time. If you want to increase the amount of Elites you see, you could swap into Nemesis Bracers. This choice could also help assist you in zones where you have to kill X amount of monsters and the zone is barely populated.

Keep in mind that you can make gold a little easier to pick up if you get some pickup radius rolls on your secondaries.

Lastly, I cube Cindercoat to further help with resource cost reduction. Be sure to take the Trail of Cinders rune on Vault to synergize with this choice. If you want more defense, you can swap this for Visage of Gunes or utilize the slot more flexibly for some of the other Legendary powers discussed earlier.

Put Flawless Royal Emeralds in your chest, pants, and weapon.

Skills

Evasive Fire is there in case you somehow run out of Hatred, but more importantly to keep your Focus and Restraint buffs up, which you'll primarily want when you have to kill a boss for your bounty. The Ballistics passive is also used with bosses/single target damage in mind. Since the optimal version of build runs relatively squishily, you may want to consider not being the one to kill bosses in your group and stick to taking down the AOE situations in the field with your superior damage spread and movement speed.

Preparation - Invigoration is there to boost your maximum Discipline, further feeding into your 6-piece set bonus and also helping you replenish Discipline should you get low while Vaulting. Companion - Wolf provides a damage amplification that you can use when it's off of cooldown. If you find that you don't need the damage from it, you can switch to the Bat for more Hatred generation or change to another skill entirely for more movement speed, such as Shadow Power - Shadow Glide.

For the passives, they're pretty self-explanatory. If you find you'd like to have your cheat death back, I would probably swap Blood Vengeance out. You could consider swapping out Hot Pursuit as well, which, in the skills noted above, would be the passive that's on your Hellfire Amulet.

The other skills we've already discussed previously and I feel they are all mandatory in order to make the build operate as powerfully, smoothly, and quickly as possible.
