Ring of Royal Grandeur
The more CDR you have, the more damage you will do and the faster you will be, so it's worth it to put CDR on all of your pieces than CHC or CHD at first while you're perfecting your gear rolls.
It's preferable to wear In-Geom and cube Wand of Woh since the wand has a wide damage multiplier range, whereas In-Geom's cooldown reduction range is between 8 and 10 seconds.
At some point in a season, I drop the Sage's set to use Avarice Band in the cube, picking up the Tal Rasha helmet and either Illusory Boots or Nilfur's Boast.
Use a diamond in helm for CDR and a mix of topaz and amethyst in armor to tailor your life pool to the difficulty you're playing on.

Build Guide
This is a pretty standard Explosive Blast build. We're not re-inventing the wheel, here.
Explosive Blast, Diamond Skin and Frost Nova are to be placed on auto-cast via either numlock or scripting.
Force Move can be bound to a key that you can hold down comfortably (I use the space bar) to make this a pretty brainless build to farm keys with.
Swapping Unstable Anomaly for Elemental Exposure will yield more damage, but I've included the cheat death for practical reasons: When you first enter a rift, you have no defensive bonuses and it's easy to get killed by a random mob at the door while you're getting set up. If you are stacking EXP pools, this is highly undesirable, so Unstable Anomaly is a good QoL choice.
Explosive Blast doesn't have as much damage output as something like Frozen Orb for key-farming, but I feel like the ease of play and increased amount of utility items that you can use are what make it so desirable to use. If you're struggling to clear the content, dial back the difficulty.
