# 2 Jul 7, 2018Hey Ryry,
The crash logs are showing Nvidia Shadowplay and Corsair Utility Engine, which may cause issues. Try disabling these programs and overlays. Closing background applications may help if it is a third party application. Could we try reinstalling Diablo III onto the C:\ drive or the drive with the main OS? Next, run through a ScanDisk, Defrag, and system file checker.
If it continues on launch, let's gather DxDiag files:
- 1. Press Windows Key + R, type in DxDiag and press Enter.
2. In the window, click Save All Information.
3. Name the file and click Save.
4. Please copy and paste the DxDiag information in-between the code blocks (</> button).

It should look like this.

# 6 Jul 7, 2018You may also want to disable Sonic Studio 2 and Curse/Twitch Overlay while playing.
For the Chroma launch issue, it is recommended to update to Synapse 3, then uninstall Synapse 3 if you do not use it. You will need to reboot your system after updating to Synapse 3: https://www.razer.com/synapse-3
