cannot start

  • starting...can log in until press PLAY..then connection LOST...

    We're currently looking into this at the moment. This appears to be affecting players in the Oceanic region. We're seeing some similar reports in the WoW forums.

    Your issue isn't the same as the one being discussed in this thread. Please start a new one and describe what's happening as best you can. We'll also need to see your DxDaig info please.

    Press Windows Key + R.
    Type DxDiag and press Enter.
    In the DxDiag window, at the bottom, click Save All Information.
    Name the file "dxdiag" and click Save. (note where it's been saved so you can find it)

    Locate the Dxdiag.txt file just created and open it to copy and paste ALL of it's contents into your reply.

    Looking over your crash report, it's video related and I'd like to check your hardware and drivers which is what the DxDiag report is for.
