• I was playing the game just fine the last couple of days until yesterday i received your update, now all i'm getting is "Whoops! Looks like something broke. Give it another shot. Error code: BLZBNTAGT00000BCA." I have followed all your steps to rectify these problem with no luck. I would like a solution.

    Have you tried closing the Blizzard app and then relaunching using the "run as administrator" option? If not, give that a shot! If you have tried that then lets try deleting the Blizzard app cache and tools folders.

    If this does not help, I think at this point it would be best to open a tech support ticket with a msinfo.
