  • Heya Kennng.

The crash error you're getting is actually an issue with the battle.net application starting up. There's currently a bug for some users which the developers are working on. Most of the time all you need to do is uninstall the Battle.net application and reinstall it on C:\ to fix it. You may also need to delete these folders, but most people don't.

    Cache Folder

    Hope this helps!
  • Hey again Kennng!

That should work fine as long as F:\ is an internal drive and not a USB drive. Only the Battle.net application needs to be on C:\. You can put your games wherever you like.
  • Hiya!

It sounds like you're having a different issue. Do you mean that the application won't install at all, or that you have installed the application and it crashes when you try to start it?
