Professor, pause the download and then exit the Battle.net Application.
With the Desktop App closed:
1. Open Activity Monitor. 2. Locate any open Agent processes. 3. Click on Quick Process, and select Quit or Force Quit as appropriate. 4. Launch the Battle.net App and restart patching.
