We believe we've identified the cause of this issue and are working with our console partner to deploy a fix. Deployment and build verification can take some time, so it may be a few days before this resolution is fully deployed.
Thanks for all your reports and helping us hone in on the issue. I'll update this thread again once I have verification that the fix is live.

Those of you experiencing graphical tearing or similar issues after this weekend's patch: are you able to provide steps to reliably reproduce this experience? What actions are you (or your character) taking when this issue occurs?
