Been using tr spec for quite a while now, made somewhat like 50mil, figured that my monk deserves an upgrade and switch to a cookie cutter build

Im wondering, how many 12% ms items do i need ? 2 ? I was thinking of leaving inna's pants and then maybe getting tyrael`s armor ?

The MS cap is 25%, so you need 2.

The choices are: Inna's Temperance, Lacuni Prowlers, Tyrael's Might, Boots, Compass Rose

The most common combination is Inna's Temperance + Natalya's Bloody Footprints, but the choice is up to you. Top geared players use even Lacuni Prowlers, making it 3 MS items, but the reason is that those items provide highest dps (considering set bonus from Nat's).

Just to add: Band of Untold Secrets. Dunno if it's worth it for monks, though.

Most people were three (Nat boots, Inna's pants, Lacuni) because these are BiS. But two (24%, just 1% short of the cap) are enough if you have pants or bracers that are better than affordable Inna's/Lacuni's for now.

Are you sure the cap is still there. I think I tested 3 items it and it showed 36% movement speed boost.  I felt I'm running faster. Might b only me though

there's a 25% MS cap *from items*.  the 36 (if you did indeed see that) might've been from a passive or an ability you're using at the time.
