by your logic HC player must get the worst drops out of all but my HC char got better drops than my SC char? probably another conspiracy by blizzard *rollstinfoilhat*

I have a better question for you.  Do people who get better drops tend to use the RMAH more?

The answer is yes, people just keep asking the question backwards.

It's not a bad theory, but disproving it is just as impossible as proving it, so it's kind of moot...  Blizzard did indeed claim that AH usage affects the game (design), but I don't recall them specifically stating how...  

However, those that use the RMAH frequently (to sell), do indeed get better items (more often) than those that don't.

Your opinions may differ on that, but note one special point.  I'm not arguing cause and effect. : )

I have put some very nice gear on the RMAH. Not one piece of it sold. I then sold all of it on the Gold AH. And sold the gold on the RMAH. Does that mean i will get more legendary drops?

i noticed this too, everytime i use the RMAH i get mempos and witching hours dropping out the sky, but whenever i use the gold AH i get wizard hats.....

but on a real note this topic is trolling at its best. he uses the rmah and then gets a legendary pattern drop so this makes him think using the rmah will award him better drops?

man and i thought i was dumb....

I got a Capt Crimson and Sage's plan both of which are not bad, the Capt's are great for leveling up. I don't even have that many hours played compared to many people here.

Yes, and then when the internet explode from that, they went and clarified that it did NOT affect drop rates. So we're back to the OP coming up with a theory after a single data point, which is really about as scientific as foil hats.
