Hi I sold an item 24 hours ago on gold auction house for about 400mil it said auction was expired for like 12 hours. Now its gone and no gold in completed item list. Just curious if this has happened to anyone else or if i should open a ticket with blizzard. Thanks for the help

American AH is really laggy today. It is still "working as intended"

I won the auction for a Vile Ward with a last minute bid then when it expired I never got the item and when I checked the log it said I was outbid. I lost all the gold I used for the bid and never got the item...sucks real bad.

There's some really bad lag on the US AH right now.

I got this kind of case before and wrote a support ticket to blizzard.
It seems that there is major lag in AH that after item become expired, it doesn't move to the complete tab.
3 hours after submit the ticket, i finally get item in my completed tab.

yeah it was like 8 hours of expired now nothing in completed tab and no history of any transaction its kinda scary damnit

Well blizzard responded so i feel there is a light at the end of the tunnel

yea i've had the opposite happen yesterday.  I had a pair of boots that did not sell and never got returned to me, its been right around 24 hours now and I still haven't gotten them.  Not a super huge deal, but the boots were worth 5-10 mil

Yesterday I had an auction end and didn't get a notification either way as to whether or not I won.  No item, no refund gold, no log entry.

@Legion1103, did they do anything about it?  What information did you have to provide to them?

It is pretty common (once a month or so) for the AH to get extreme delays. While it is scary to see nothing in auction logs, the system catches up sooner or later and your item/gold will turn up.

Can probably expect the AH to go totally offline for a little while or a maintainance to let the Ah catch up and restart it.

i provided them the time the item sold the date the items sold. how long the item said expired and how long its been with no gold. they responded that i should not worry my gold or item has not been lost it can take up to 48 hours.

k..its been 48 hrs .... still no gold credited yet .... oooh I hate it when my sphincter puckers up like that
