Diablo Account Locked

So I contacted someone from diablo and told them to remove my authenticator because I had lost my phone so they did.

I went to vegas on vacation, tried logging in and it gave me a message that i had been locked and to resolve it by going to a webpage or phone option.  I clicked webpage then it took me to the website and said it sent a code to my phone to verify or change pass or something..

Problem is I lost my phone lol and i made that clear in the email... So now not sure what to do?

If anyone knows how I can resolve this it would be greatly appreciated.

You can change your phone number and also unlock your account using the Secret Question,that if you remember it.
If you don`t,then you will have to contact them and ask them for help in this situation.

How would I be able to change my phone number without being able to log in? (srs)

and yes I do know all my secret questions and all.

No matter what I try ,  Submit a ticket, Live chat... All ask me to login and then it says account locked :/

Call them if you can't log in. Yes, wait for an hour plus if you have to. Be sure to have all sorts of identification ready to speed up the process (e.g. driver's license).

Pretty sure you have to receive a SMS from the phone you are trying to remove, so that won't work if he lost the original one.

I managed to get my number changed after I lost it by sending in a copy of drivers licence, some bank statement with my name and address and a copy of the serial number of my physical authenticator. But I could still log in so i could do it via support tickets, though it took a few to get it done.

Thanks for the help guys, I'm just going to wait until friday when I get a new phone with the same phone number.
