What can I do to significantly raise my dps? I seem to see all upgrades costing 200+mil to get 2k here and there while i hover around 250K dps. Any help or ideas would be useful thanks.

Better gems, all I can think of. DH's, my knowledge of them is minimal, only had one briefly.

More crit/dex on neck i guess. Your gear in general seem pretty awesome.
