Hey i'm currently a little lost on which pieces I should really be looking to upgrade. A lot of the common dps pieces I see (innas, witching hour, nats etc) would be fairly large HP losses in my budget range, additionally I would like to switch to DW from my skorn if possible. I will log out with my DW set that I use for higher mp farming, currently I am capable of mp 6-8 with some difficulty on 8.

The skorn I have is
1260.1
332 dex
197 crit hit damage

Budget : 5-10mil per piece

Your gloves and belt look awfully bad, both being 4 affix rares. At the very least you should be able to replace them on the cheap with similar gloves that have some vit and a similar belt with % life.
