Should i sell some of the items like my amulet, chest armor. shoulders, gloves, since the new crafting recipes r going to be introduced??

Well your gear looks fine m8, you have a nice amount of both AR and armor
I think you should get some more CCdmg, it would improve your tornado dps
also consider replacing your boots, to maybe a pair of Immortal king's with some vitality, i would recommend you getting a bit more vitality, especially if you want to play on higher MP in the new patch.

Good suggestion, i'm thinking on investing on the full IK Set... but i really prefer attack speed over Crit dmg, while i'm on a budget. but great suggestion,

I feel as i also need to up my All Res and make it a 10:1 ratio to my armor

the full IK set is'nt worth it imo, there are alot of other good combinations besides the IK set

regarding your All Res, it rly looks fine, All Res is nice to have, but you really dont need that much All Res if you're farming mp0

Wanna get my barb to a 200k unbuff dps, and be able to do say mp5 efficiently and mp8or 9 for ubers efficiently. With those goals in my mind what stats or items should i get or upgrade so i can reach  those goals???

There isn't much wrong with your gear. You're in a state where most of people are. You only can upgrade one piece at a time, when you have the money for it.
Just wait for 1.0.7 and try your luck with crafting.

Well... if that's what you want, you can go ahead and look at my own barb, he is pretty much able to do those things you want to be able to do with your own barb, just use it as a guideline, im not godly geared at all
Also as Andarus says, just wait for 1.07 to be released and gear up one piece at a time when you can afford it

Pants w/ two sockets.  Those Diggers aren't doing enough for ya.  I'd put some life in 'em too, either as a primary stat or with your gems.
