I'm at a loss of what to upgrade next other then maybe my vitality while keeping the same offensive stats.

You need to get more crit. You only have, what, 22%? That's waaaaaaaaaaaaaay to little. Upgrade your rings and amulet, then maybe find a mainhand with a socket. This will give you a huge dps buff which also results in increased survivability since your lifesteal will work way better. Remember - at start amulet and rings as well as gloves are your main source of dps (not counting weapons themselves). You should aim to get most dps out of them while focusing to get your ehp from other pieces (chest, boots, shoulders etc)

got the crit up to 35% so im at 91k w/o buffs (105k w/ heal and 182k w/ heal+blind)
