You need more crit chance, a lot more.

what item piece do you think i should find crit chance? whats my target crit chance? mine right now with buff is 35.5%

Aim as high as possible. 50% unbuffed is good, but it works with less without troubles.
You should replace your amulet for sure. It can have max 10%.
Other slots have max: rings 6%, helm 6%, gloves 10%, bracer 6%
With medium-high rolls you'll get 45-50% easily
Work on your crit chance, get a lot of crit dmg on offhand and get LS on weapon/belt then focus on rest of the stats (bit more vit, 1 more item with AR, increase STR and start stackign AS).
