After watching this for about 15 minutes I've come to the conclusion that PVP is going to be horribly broken in this game and it's not going to get fixed.

Yes I know this is the PTR. But Blizzard won't be able to fix this.

Looks like Diablo 2 pvp to me. Melees with teleport (= Monk, Barb with Enigma) own everyone

I need to go home and try this out and see if DiabloProgress's PvP Dummy numbers are correct.

In this case, the monk is clearly superior simply because of his higher stats.

CC reduc and everything else works exactly the same as in PvM. Blizz didn't change anything. Decide for yourself if you think that's a good or bad thing.

oh and, stream is off. Just wanted to try things out for a bit on first day PTR. HF playin it peeps. The stream recording is still in there if you want to watch.
