This is a guide for TR builds only for those people who use it to gain XP.
If  you use TR for farming this is not for you.

All TR guides agree that gear you must have is Inna's Radiance and Stone Of Jordan both for the spirit regeneration.

If you use SOJ you dont have the max bonus XP on gear, cause you miss leoric's Signet (Increases Bonus Experience by 20-30%) http://eu.battle.net.../leorics-signet

I wont post a huge text explaining the abilities you need. Just to say you have to use Sweeping Wind - Inner Storm and of course Templar follower for his ability.
Some skills like serenity or sss, fleety footed or OWE is up to you.

Myself having only 1,73 spirit regeneration on gear (inna's radiance) i manage to run at 14,79 !!!

i know personally i never said you "have" to use a SOJ.  I just do it so that i can use blade storm for the extra dmg.  I only have about 70k dps when i equip my Leorics and for some reason i cant keep the spirit bubble full even at 13.something spirit/sec and i only have 1.08 aps.  I already knew about using Inner storm but not sure if i wanna go gack to using it.  lol.  but that extra xp bonus is nice.  Its unfortunate that i cant use a cains set to add another 30%.  But i sure tried. lol

Well im not sure this way is better. Yeah you get more xp from the monsters you kill, but you might end up killing slower when not using SW- cyclone/firestorm and/or MoC-submission. Have you tried the different ways and compared xp/hour? Else its really hard to say anything about what is best...

Druin has this really nice guide and has tested a lot of different setups and came to a different conclusion than you:

I'm running firestorm fine without a SOJ.

cyclone is a bad rune to use for TR because it doesnt come close to providing critical hits so you can spawn the nados.  You can still get pretty high crit chance, but its not the same as Fist of Thunder, so any other rune is better for TR running

Inner Storm is NOT the only way.  you can get rid of MoC and use MoH circular breathing and there's a lot of other gear with spirit regen.  i have actually gone back to Inner storm with no SOJ (except for snapshot boost to SW) so that i could return to MoC with either submission or overawe.  But there are other choices, just depends on the user.  Some people dont really have the dps to use MoC so Inner Storm would be the better option.

Cyclone rune combinded with snapshotting and then switch to a WKL with Spirit and a shield wit high crit and +crit to TR is sweet.

I run with 58% crit to TR and cyclones spawn like hell, I kill even faster compared to my Skorn with MoC/Submission and Inner Storm.

i've tried this, but because of the WKL increased aps, i have a hard time maintaining spirit.  i would have to wear the SOJ for sure then.  but i did get a WKL and do this for a while. Mine has 2.5 spirit regen
