Well, if it makes you feel better, I try to make my recipes as healthy as I can. My object is eating well while eating healthy! So maybe you won't need that gym membership.

I've never worked with catfish, so I'd definitely like to experiment with that.
I have cooked dishes with tilapia with it, but I didn't post them.

Don't worry, your secret is safe with me. I could be wrong though as it may not be much of a secret.

Fugu is awesome, but I would not try it unless I've seen all of the chef's credentials, certifications and licenses due to the fact that the fish can kill you if unprepared properly.

I don't even know what secret this is :0 It must be that incredibly secret!

I haven't had fugu before and I don't think I'd try it anywhere outside of Tokyo. I've heard it's very delicious though.
