is it my build or my gear....or my playstyle...i dnt know.....u guys gimme some advices.

so double leorics,max gem in helm,double hellfire ,mp0 or mp1 and i still cant surpas 50 mil per hour

i trayed both alkaizer and tri-runes

How's your WotB uptime? Do you get fury starved? Do you pick up a lot of loot? Do mobs die in 1 spin?

Not even one item with movementspeed.
Get it on boots and best 1 other item.
Get critchance and / or attackspeed on rings and your amu.
Socket your chest, get other pants.

There you go. Work on WotB uptime and profit in terms of extra xp/h

You have a bit low crit chance for that, you could try Momentum, Mighty in main hand, maybe Animosity or Boon... you need to expriment and find what works for you.

if i where you, i'd get some more crit chance and try to og duel wielding, try to go with a mace or axe in MH and a dagger in OH for some extra attacks pr speed.
Also try to use the "instegation" Rune on bash, it helps me alot when it gomes to keeping Wotb up
An easy Way to get some more cc could be to get the IK head piece, but the killing spree Rune ón overpower is also a good choice for gelting more cc.
But yeah, go and try some stuff out, see what playstyle thai suits you the Best

Edit: you could also try the animosity passive, instead for the uniforgiven passive
