Disclaimer: check the date on the thread/video. Info could be outdated considering recent and future experience-related changes. Zero(pS)

Hey guys,
I thought my previous paragon route (posted a few days ago: http://www.diablofan...then-alkaizers/) was the fastest possible. But after a few more days of testing, I came up with a route 10% quicker then my last one. That's 30% faster then Alkaizers famous route! Check out the video of the route, its a few minutes long and gets straight to the point. I also included stats this time as alot of people wanted to see my log. Let me know what you fellow redditers think, as feedback is always much appreciated!
The Route:

I guess this is why people wanted you to post your logs - you didn't particularly strengthen credibility by improving your "faster than Alkaizer route" within just a few days of your first post. Secondly, there are still people who can't watch videos and/or would just like to read in one sentence what you changed, rather than watching yet another video to figure out what the difference is (which also requires everyone to watch your old video).

Sorry for the rant, but I'm really interested in this but can't watch videos right now...

3rd section is running back from rakkis crossing, then TP out when reaching fields and rinse repeat :)

So it's kinda the 3 highest mob density areas in the game (from my personal experience based on Archon uptime, these are Keep 2 > Rakkis > Crater 2). I haven an issue with Crater 2 that sometimes Archon wears off in the beginning and then I'm gimped. I also definitely wouldn't start with Crater 2 because you can have a very bad map with almost all white mobs in the beginning and all elites hidden in some dead end streets or at the end of the level. This is exactly why Alkaizer did Core+Tower first, to get stacks up asap.

Well, this is definitely not for me, I don't like short runs. I still prefer Core+Tower1 for getting NV5 up quite fast, and then I'm just flexible depending on how much time I have left on Archon... Rakkis and FoS depending on how much Archon uptime I have left, Keep 2+3 but make sure I have > 1 minute Archon before going to Crater 2 (go through the exit to get elite pack, shrine and town portal) and Stonefort for key in the end.

i wonder if this is the best route for all characters or just his?  I know the alkaiser was the "best route" before but I never really saw exp numbers for other classes/builds.  I know my runs are affected greatly when I lose Archon in the middle of an area (Arreat 2 is esp bad at this if you get stuck in a long dead end... usually best to abort the area and move on).

I dunno if I can do this new route as stopping before the fields of slaughter with 5 stacks is probably beyond my level of self control :)

Holy crap, who ever said that Alkaizer is the "best route"? Alkaizer said HIMSELF in an interview shortly after reaching paragon 100 that he run several different routes, so actually there isn't even one Alkaizer route but many different ones. It just happens to be that everyone runs his last variation, the route on which he hit 100 (and probably thinks that this way you'll also hit 100 in no time - lol).

And routes are absolutely subject to what build you're running, not just class. For example, CMWW wizards and Archon wizards have completely different requirements (despite the fact that CMWW isn't even good for paragon farming, anyways).

Raoha, this isn't even your route, it's skyhigh's route, you just copied his routes and claimed them as your own

It's perfectly possible that two people came up with something without knowing about the other. Happens all the time, don't just assume that he copied it.

I was doing a route I made myself, I will do 10 runs of each route and show my stats. Alkaizer, my own, and yours.

Well, he made 2 videos of 2 routes, and these routes are the same as skyhigh's, the numbers in his calculations are also nearly the same the difference being 1 number (a 6 being an 8).

I don't even use the diablo forum. The guy had the same approach as me. I wouldn't be surprised if 500 other people logged their runs to build an effecient run as well. I'm just sharing the run I came up with, as it has proved helpful to many players

His route is definitely a great run, as he destroyed everyone in the paragon race :P
This route is just something new people can try, and happens to bemore effecient. which certainly does not hurt, hehe!
