Hello,

I tried googling it but didn't find the info I need. The question is - I think I read somewhere that new accounts can't use RMAH for some time after their registration. Is this correct? And if yes, what is considered new account ? New Bnet account or new d3 licence? And how long is this period?

From my experience and what I understand you can't use the RMAH on a new game that you have purchased digitally.  If you purchase the box copy of the game and input the key code you should be fine.  The reason for the delay is to ensure that they do receive the money from your credit card purchase before they allow you to make money off of the AH.  It took me about 3 days to get mine cleared when I bought the digital copy.  Same thing with adding money to your bnet account.  It will take a few days to clear and show on the balance.

I got legit information for this, to dodge the 3 day w8 time, please change your password on the account.. Was told to me by blizzard employee over the phone and it worked fine after i changed it.

I did this after I bought the game.  It was something to do with a glitch that caused all digital copies to not allow anyone to lvl past a certain level due to it thinking it was a trial copy of the game.  I still had to wait for the RMAH even after the password change.
