Actually i hoped for something more than just twohander and mangle instead of dual wield and fist of thunder/thunderclap. Either cowbell, roundhouse kick, pull every together (cyclone strike) and smash it or some huge explosions with Exploding Palm.
Something to think about: dropping Witching Hour and picking up 4 piece Inna's allows you to keep your Sweeping Wind running forever, so instead of Master of Wind you can use Blade Storm (60% instead of 45% ticks), Firestorm (40% bigger radius)or Cyclone Rune (cookie cutter as we all know it).
