Bought a 50m gear at start to play with my barb but i am really confused with prioritizing my upgrades and dunno which first etc...

im no expert but you could look at upgrading all your gems, cause you'll need to eventually.
Also try to get more crit chance if you can, via gloves or..... your hellfire ring? if you're really going for dps
and attack speed!
