So I have been thinking why is Blizzard so silent about PVP when so many people are raging about it?

The only reason I can think of is the huge differences in each class.

Barbs 200-300K DPS
DH 300-400k DPS
Wiz 250-300k DPS
WD 150-200K DPS
Monk 100-200k DPS

I have yet to see a 200k DPS monk but I am sure it is possible. With the huge differences in each class they would have to implement some balancing.

Why would a 100k DPS monk want to go up against a 300K DPS DH. Even with a shield it's a one shot.

They have at least told us there will be no PVP gear.

I have a feeling there is not going to be any straight up player vs player, but it will be teams.

I'm sure you will be able to 1v1. It doesn't take them months to give us just 4v4 in a few arena maps.

Just remove Crit everything from pvp.. Problem solved.   Cirt damage does not belong in PVP..  Its a PvM stat.


After removing crit they can then adjust damage... Like in D2 where players only did a a certain percent of damage to each other  instead of max.

Simple really.  I don't get why people think pvp will be all a one shotting crit love fest.
